My Istanbul

Istanbul images that existed yesterday… Today they are almost vanishing… These are the images which i want to see them in the future, indeed… Istanbul is a city of the photograph. I am an Istanbul photographer. I live in Istanbul. I feel responsible to Istanbul, to the history of Istanbul, to the future generation of my city.

I have been constantly photographed the silhouette of Istanbul, voluted streets, houses, city ferries, seagulls, children and people… I will definitely continue to photograph them… Levent Karaoğlu composed the music; for the yearning of a different Istanbul which has full of seagull sounds, instead of traffic horns…
